• 4 week course - £32
• Taster session - £10 (but check back for information on free taster sessions)
• 1-2-1 lessons - £20 for an hour or £15 each for 2 people
• Hen parties and party booking are priced at £10 per head and poles and dancers can come to homes or venue
• Event bookings are also available – contact me for more information – any theme you  have at your event just let us know as we can fit in with your theme

What to wear / bring to the class

1. Sense of humour
2. Shorts
3. Top
4. Leg warmers, socks or bare feet
5. Do not put any oils or moisturisers on the day of class as it will cause you to slip on the pole
6. A bottle of water
